New class offering : REFIT®

We are excited to announce that we're now offering REFIT® classes as a part of our fall schedule!

What is REFIT® you ask?

REFIT® is a life-changing group fitness experience that rocks your body, heart, and soul with powerful moves and positive music, to inspire you from the inside out. Powered by human connections, we turn boring, have-to workouts into a can’t-miss community fitness experience!

We were introduced to REFIT® last year and were so inspired by the positive community that we thought it would fit right in to our JFSOD family.

If you like to dance, this is the workout for you! Classes will be held Monday and Saturday mornings at 11am. Drop ins are $7 or you can get a class pass that covers 8 classes for $40.
